Browse All TopicsI recently bought a new hard drive for my comp, so wanting to start a fresh i installed windows xp things went on ok(although there were longish pauses (system hangs) between clicking and the application opening but not cpu being used of hd activity) this moring i went to load up the computer and it stops at the login screen and says:
The system cannot log you on due to the following error:
Invalid access to memory location.
Can anybody give me a cure and mabie also a reason for the system hanging after asking it t do something.
system spec is
Tyan thunder k7 motherboard
2x athlon mp 1700+'s
geforce3 ti300
512mb registered kingston memory
soundblaster live
