Installed on a workstation by the administrator [ me ]. Word, Excel, etc run fine.
When I log onto the network, from the workstation, as a "user", and try to run Word or Excel, the microsoft installer can not find the resources needed. Error 1706 is displayed. It does not allow me to point the installer to the CD, where the office cd is located.
I've read every KB I can find about this issue, but none of them fix my problem.
Thanks for your help.
