Change Outlook 2003 Welcome Message

I want to change the welcome message in MS Outlook 2003 for new users to have some information about support, company information, ...etc. I was looking for that in Internet and the only thing I found is how to disable it. Any ideas how to do that or how to send an automatic message to new users in Exchange 2003 ????

The opening screen in Outlook 2003 is also editable.  It is actually an HTML page stored here:

res://C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook.htm

You could easily edit this to hold basic details that would be viewable long after the user has deleted the welcome email!

I saw that site before, unfortunately I found welcome.msg file only in Outlook 2000. My case is that I am installing for users from a networked shared source Outlook 2003, and I wish to edit the welcome message somehow or change it completely

I have bad news mdbanat!  According to:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2003/journ/preventmultiplewelcome.htm

The official word is that the message can't be configured:

  The "Welcome to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003" message is integrated into the Outlook 2003 product and cannot be customized.

I guess the only way you will be able to get the information to the various users is by automatically sending a second message to each account, and disabling the offical message.  Or maybe avoid sending any messages but customise the opening screen as mentioned above.
