Lawson's method will work. But without renaming the individual .pst files, you cannot differentiate between them outside of Outlook.

Is there a way of renaming Personal Folders in Outlook? I have 4 different PST files OPENED in my Outlook and would love a way of differentiating them since they are all called &quot;Personal Folder.&quot;<br />
