bittorrent accelerator programs

Hello,

I am using Azureus to download bittorrents and have optimized my settings such as port forwarding and the settings within Azureus.  I get good download speeds, but have seen many programs around such as bt engine v4.1 which claims to speed up your bittorrent downloads.

Does anyone have any ideas whether these work?  If so which is the best one out there?
