Browse All TopicsWe are using Exchange 2003 on a Server 2003 machine. I have added one user and removed another, as well as modified other distrobution groups attributes (name, alias etc). I did this 2 days ago and today I still show no changes. The deleted user is no where to be found in active directory but she still shows up in the GAL. (Using Outlook 2003 cached). The changes have replicated in OWA but not for Cached Outlook. I have restarted the exchange information store, updated recipient policy and RUS. I rebuilt the GAL, all with no change. I try to download the a newer copy of the Address Book (Tools - Send and Recieve - Address Book - GAL), with no change. My director suggested running Domainprep again, I'm not sure how that will help. We went through all the proper steps upon initial installation of Exchange 2003 (Forestprep and Domainprep). I'm at a loss for ideas, any suggestions?
