Need App that will (span/burn) a 4mb file onto multiple (1.44mb) floppys

    Does anyone know of an application that will let me record and span files larger than 1.44mbs - onto multiple floppys and leave the file in it's original format
     I tried it with the windows backup utility but of course it converts it to a .bk file
     I downloaded a driver for an old HP printer that I gave to a friend to use on his old pc w/98se on it - he's not connected to the net and his cd drive does not work
   The pc I am using to try to do this on is a fairly new pc with XP for an OS
