Interested in Capturing Streaming Video/Audio Data from Internet

Hi Everyone:

From a previous post, I learned how to capture streaming audio data from the internet using Total Recorder 5.0. At this point, I am interested in taking this a step further and capturing video data in addition to the audio data. With this in mind, I would like any suggestions regarding programs which will accomplish this task in an easy to follow way like Total Recorder 5.0.

Realizing the sensitive ethical and legal issue of copyright laws, I will adhere to them as prescribed by the authors of the materials. All projects to be recorded are for educational purposes only and will not be used to violate copyright laws.

Any thoughts or suggestions regarding any software to capture both video and audio data from the internet in an easy to follow way will be appreciated.

I look forward to hearing from everyone regarding this post.
