i believe it is in seconds by default so divide it by 60 and you should get minutes and then take your fraction and multiply it by 60 to get your seconds
for instance
start = Timer
...
code...
...
finish = Timer
total = finish - start
Dim total_min As Integer
total_min = Int(total) ' whole minutes
(total - total_min) * 60 = total 'whole seconds
MsgBox "Total Run time is: " & total_min & ":" & total
