I am having a issue on one of our clients servers. In response to a recently released security advisory Veritas has released a hotfix for BackupExec. I have successfully installed it on all but one of our clients. Every Veritas update I try to run does the same thing. The update applications starts, it says it is preparing the installation, I click Update to actually begin the installation, it starts to do something but then immediatly stops and I get the following the message:
Install Wizard ERROR!
The wizard was interrupted before VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows Servers could be completely installed.
Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again.
Then all I can do is click to Finish to exit the installation. Also in the event log this error is logged:

Thanks, Luke
