How to Track the Origin of an Email Using Outlook/Exchange Server

Ok, I work for a really small business, and some of our users are getting the same emails with viruses attached.  I'm trying to determine where the email is originating from, but Outlook wont let me look at the headers.  Is there a way I can go into our Exchange Server and check where the email originated?  I am trying to figure out if it is coming from our company or from someone outside.  Thanks
