The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

Microsoft Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 Sharing Calendar issue

I'm running Microsoft Small Bussiness Server 2003 with Exchange 2003 SP2. My domain is domain.local using exchange pop3 to download e-mails to my users mail boxes. I also have the remote exchange setup rpc over https. The users are all XP Pro SP2 with Outlook2003. I'm sharing Calendars of the Owners to all the Sec. All works great except for one user see the all day events over lapting a day. Example :  On owners calendar shows july 5th all day event. When the one sec looks at it it shows July 4th and July 5th. The clock on the fourth is on the left and on the 5th the clock is on the right. The start on the reoccuring event on the owner shows 8:00am - 11:00pm. On hers it show 4th 11:00pm - 5th 11:00 pm. This same calendar on another users log in on different machine looks correct. I have deleted the Cached files and uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled. I have verified the date and time on the problem machine.I opened other Owners calendars and the same thing happens to her. Any pointers would be greatly apperciated.  Start Free Trial
