Browse All TopicsI have a client with a Toshiba laptop running Windows XP Pro, 512mb ram and Office 2003 SBE. Everytime you click on "Save As" in Word or Excel, they will freeze and then an error report is sent and nothing comes back on the error report. "Save" works fine. I have updated Office 2003 online with the latest service packs. I have removed and reinstalled Office and I also ran the Microsoft Installer clean up tool and then reinstalled and updated, I have tried creating a new user and I still get the freezing problem. I have also tested the ram with MemCheck 86. Any ideas?
