Browse All TopicsHello all,
I know you may say this question has been asked numerous times before (as I have searched already).
My problem, however, is that I am experiencing the same problem with one of my POP3 accounts/rules in Outlook (the annoyance of receiving multiple copies of the same email).
I have triple-checked to make SURE that the "Leave Messages on Server" box is NOT checked.
I have deleted and recreated the account (as someone here previously suggested).
I have altered the Send/Receive settings.
I have tried to create a separate Personal Data File (but could not figure out how to get this second email account to download new messages to this new file without, again, creating another rule).
I am requesting help on this different take of an old problem.
Like I said, I know this has been asked a ton of times before, but in each thread I see the recommendation to UNCHECK the box "leave messages on server."
I want to reiterate that in my account setting, this box is NOT checked.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.
