I have a server2003 box with exchange server 2003, and about 4 or 5 users. I was wondering if there is an easy way to add email recipients to the Global Address List, or how to make a new address list with new contacts. What my client wants to do is this :
When he sends or replies to an email, he wants the recipients to be automatically added to his address book (or global address list), so that everyone in his office can have easy access to their email addresses. If it is not possible to do this automatically, can he add a contact the same way that he can add contacts to his own address list?
