Helpdesk Ticket Software

I'm in need of low-cost HelpDesk software.

I would like to be able to do online chatting with people that wish to connect, or just have them login to make a ticket real quickly. I'd like it to be user friendly and just something I can always depend on for about up to 200 possible customers/employees needing assistance.

It can run intranet or internet, either would be fine. Just depends on the features and stability.

Free to use and they have an add on for system tray use functionality (purchase required for this) but you dont need that to run the free ver.

It allows for "Live Help" on a website and has a self issuing ticket system and chatting capabilities.

I'm having trouble finding some type of screenshot or demo on the numarasoftware.com place
I see they have a free webinar tomorrow at 4:30pm EST.  http://www.numarasoftware.com/Webinars.asp

I didn't see any snapshots, but they do have a free trial available for download.  A quick and dirty install doesn't take long at all.
I'd recommend Servicedesk Plus from AdventNet:

I have used Track-IT before...its a good package for small businesses. Not sure if it can do chatting though
From the Track-IT 7.0 Ent help file...

Initiating a Chat Session
When remote control is established, you can view the other user’s desktop and open any of its applications. During this time, you might want to initiate a chat session with the user so you can explain procedures as you perform them. It also provides the user an opportunity to ask what is happening while you control the workstation.
Looking at their site, Track-IT has definitely added to their offering since I last used it...

..nice to know they can handle chatting too!

...Now if they would release it as Open Source ;)
