The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. I would like to know the program or application that can help me to do like disk image in order to move all programs & data from old system to the new one without install new operating system and programs.

For example: I have a PC with Windows XP Pro, Ms-Office 2003 and my data files, I want to transfer all these resources to a new PC without install Windows, Office and other related driver again.

Please advice.
