Outlook stopped working

when i tri to access outlook I get an error message that says
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.

It is MS Office Pro 2003 I put the source cd in the drive and it still did not like it also I tried to uninstall and received the same message. aslo tried to repair no luck.
