The Solution Rating System

  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Hi, I need to do some software troubleshooting in a customer's PC situated in another country. Are there any softwares that enables me to log in remotely into his PC? I have tried microsoft remote desktop but it doesnt work for us so i would like to try some other solutions.
