Nagios Email Notification Problems

Ok so I am new to Linux and new to Nagios. I followed the setup guide on the main website and was able to get Nagios running. Its Nagios 3.0 on Ubuntu 7.something

So far so good. I have a couple of Windows 2003 servers running with a few services to monitor.

The one problem I am having is Email notifications.

When a host goes down I see where it says "Sending notification bla bla bla" it says it sends to the correct address and what not.

In the log it doesn't give an error about "Failed to send email" or anything like that....I just don't get the email.

The command is setup like this
