Adobe CS2 Photoshop--can not "save as" file

I am running Adobe CS2 Photoshop on a Windows XP 2 box, I am having trouble using the 'save as' feature, no matter what I try to "save as" the menu bar is greyed out, so I can not save the file.Start Free Trial
