I have a user with one main Exchange emai account. I was asked to create another account for her (Exchange) for a different purpose.
I created the account and added to her Outlook as an additional mailbox. Since she will have full control and i also added her " on send on behalf of" in exchange properties.
The new mailbox shows up and all seems fine, but when she tries to send an email the sent email goes to the " sent items " of her main mailbox and not the second one so she has to manually move it to the second mailbox "sent items" ..
I would like to keep things separate. Main mailbox has all her contents the other mailbox has other there is no mix. Any ideas
