Browse All TopicsI have created an image of a Dell system, a GX280, using Sysprep and Symantec Ghost. When I push this image to any other dell, a GX270 or a GX620, I lose USB Keyboard/Mouse support and therefore cannot even start the Sysprep setup upon first boot. This was not a huge deal on the GX270 as there are PS2 ports available, however, Dell has phased out PS2 ports on their GX620 line and I am a bit stuck on how to fix this. My next step will be to attempt to autostart the Sysprep so no input is required, but if anyone has any tips please let me know.
