Slow to open image files in Citrix

Hi all - We have a performance problem opening tif files within Citrix presentation server. Does anyone have some tips for improving performance with displaying image files ? The files are within our document management system (Redmap mage point). Its the larger files that seem to cause the problem. Viewing a 200 page document it takes up to 10 seinds to scroll from one page to the next. On the client client Data comression and bitmap caching are turned off. If I turn bit map caching on it makes it slower initially then faster but thats no good. It needs to be moderatley fast the whole time. Not really slow then really fast LOL The citrix server is set to degrade color depth first.
