I am unsure why this is occuring but one of my systems is not printing the attachment file names when printing any e-mails. All the other computer systems in the office appear to be working normally and will print the attachment file name when you print an e-mail or they will print an icon with the attachment file name below depending on the e-mail format (i.e. plain, rich, HTML).
ie. An e-mail will look like this:
From: John Smith
Sent: 1/25/2008
To: Jane Smith
Subject: Here is the attachment
Attachment: attachment.pdf
(body of e-mail below)
