I am trying to loginto Windows Live Messenger on both Vista Business and XP Pro and keep getting the error code: 81000378.....any ideas?

Try to log to MSN from this web site: www.meebo.com
If it works, I would suggest you desinstall MSN on both Vista and XP, reboot, then use the older version you had before. If it works, then upgrade it to version 8.1 and reboot again.
