Recommend the best tool to make teaching videos (commercial ok)

Hi,
I want to make video tutorials for the web explaining specific softwares that we sell.

Can you recommend a good software that will make these video tutorials? or is camtasia studio the best?

Note that we will need to host this on youtube so it will have to make the video in a format that is compatable there.
