Sage Payroll Lost username and password

We have Sage Payroll v12. The person who used to look after the payroll left and we dont know the username and/or password.

Is there any way we can get into the Payroll to print off some reports?

If you have the Manager password - you should be able to access all user names and passwords.

If there has been no Manager password set - do not enter one - leave it blank.
If it has been set - then you can contact Sage to decode it. They will charge for this though.

The obvious and simple answer here though - is ask the person that left that did know it........

The answer was to go to Sage and ask them to help recover the password.
