Logging into HP laptop

I have a HP Pavallion laptop.  I get the following error message when I try to log in.

"The system cannot log you on due to the following error:
The specific domain either does not exist of could not be contacted.
 

This laptop is not part of a domain never has been.  I have already tried to the safe mode and got the same error message.Start Free Trial
