I am not sure. I have downloaded it twice just to make sure that the download was complete and OK.
I am not sure what you mean by a md5 or sha1 sum file.
How would I know.

I have a customer that purchased PCAnywhere and downloaded it. They can not open the file to install the program.. It reverts to to NTI Disc Writing program. I tried to burn the image to a CD but it was still a no go.
What am I Missing. I know it is probably something that I will kick my self for but I am stuck.
Thanks
Jeff

ISO files are CD images. If you burn them as a file to CD, that won't work. You need to use a software like nero or cdburnerxp (free) which have a special option to burn images to CD. I don't know if NTI Disk Maker has such an option.

Another option is to use a utility like daemon tools lite, which allows you to mount iso files and emulates a CD Drive.

For some files, usually bigger ones, like for example ISO image of an operating system, there is usually either one of those files. Here is an example:

But if you don't know what I'm talking about, almost for sure there isn't one...

I'm 99% positive that downloaded ISO image has some erros which occured during transfer over the internet... IS there a so called md5 or sha1 sum file for the iso image? That way you can verify the integrity of ISO image...
