Pinnacle Studio Installation Question

Tags: Pinnacle, Studio, 11, installation issue, Windows XP Service Pack 2 is not installed on your PC. This service pack is required. Please install Service Pack 2 as soon as possible.
I just redid my home desktop computer. C drive was formatted and I reinstalled Windows XP. THe version I installed had slip streamed all of the updates including service pack 3. When I now try to install Pinnacle Studio 11, I am asked to install Service Pack 2 for Windows. This shows up as a warning but on clicking OK, it does not proceed with the install. What can I do to get around this?
