Searching for specific folders fitting a set criteria

Windows 2003 Server

The folder structure looks something like this:
Projects
   \123
       \contracts
       \data
       \end product
   \124
       \contracts
       \data
       \end products
   \125
       \contracts
       \data
       \end products
  \126
       \contracts
       \data
       \end products

I need to find the 12(?) that has not been modified in 90 days.  Currently I use a space manager app to find these folders but there is complicated. messy, unreliable, extremely error prone data manipulation to find the second tier folders.  Is there an app or technique that would give the information I need, without a lot of data manipulation.
