Something has happened recently where if a user logs on through the CSG and becomes idle, it no longer disconnects after the allotted time of a few hours. This was working but I can't seem to remember all the different areas within citrix that have an effect on this value. I am aware that there are settings in group policy that could effect this also. Any ideas as to the proper steps to verify I have my settings correct.

The easiest way to accomplish this is by configuring the ICA properties on the presentation servers themselves via All Programs -->Administrative Tools --> Terminal Services Configuration. Although it needs to be done one each Presentation Server separately, it is better than trying to use the TS components on a GPO setting, because the standard GPO setting affect both RDP and ICA and may have some unintended effects on Citrix (here is a good article onthat topic): http://www.msterminalservi ces.org/ar ticles/RDP -GPO-Setti ngs- Citrix -Servers.h tml)http:/ /www.mster minalservi ces.org/ ar ticles/RDP -GPO-Setti ngs-Citrix -Servers.h tml
The article also mentions creating a custom ADM if you want to use Group Policy, but it is easy to set this manually on each server if you dont have too many.
