The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

Cash Managment Reconciliation Hanging at 98%

I have a user who is unable to complete a Cash Management reconciliation in CM. When he attempts to process the reconciliation, the task hangs in Background tasks at 98%. Leaving it all night does not complete the task. I have had him test this on other machines and he has no problems on any other workstation then his own.

Due to a variety of other issues, I have re-created his user profile, deleted any instance of his old profile on the domain and set him back up in our environment. I have also tried completely uninstalling both Timberline Accounting and Residential Managment from his workstation, renaming the Timberline keys in the registry and re-installing the apps. I have also deleted his Timberline logon id and set him up with a new one (different username as password). All of this to no avail. All I can think of is that it must be a Pervasive issue of some kind, but I am not competent to make that assesment! Can anyone assist me? Thank you, in advance!Start Free Trial
