View the contents of a .dbk file created by Sony Ericsson PC Suite

Hi,

I need to access the information in a backup file created by the Sony Ericsson PC suite. I have located where the SE PC suite stores its backup and have located a file called C902#1.dbk (my phone was a C902 and its the only phone I've backed up on my computer).

Now if you have the phone (which sadly I no longer do) its easy to restore the information to the phone. If however you just need your numbers then its not so easy! After several hours of googleing I have not found a way of reading this file.

Can anyone tell me how I might do this?
