Ebay Wholesale products
I work for a surplus company and I have many products for sale at rock-bottom prices. How can I get the word out to Ebay resellers about these products quickly and freely? NOTE: I have limited marketing skills!

eBay wants to help people find legitimate wholesalers ... there is an email on the page for an eBay person. You could try contacting them and see if they can put you on the right path on marketing/selling your products to resellers on eBay.
You can also try searching for whole salers and then contact them directly to see if they want to buy/resell what you have to offer ... here's one that I found ... http://dock-direct.com ... so I know they are out there.

Just do a search on Google for Ebay marketing tools ... http://www.google.com/#hl=
The big things is probably the desktop management tools that let you upload the inventory and create the ads.
You might want to set up an eBay store also.
