AS2 ComboBox/Timeline Control Question

I am trying to use a conponent combo box to control my main timeline. The combo box sits three levels deep. I am populating the combo box via Actionscript 2.0, but when I get to the data part, I want to target a frame label in another timeline. Is this even possible, and if so, what am I doing wrong?

I need .data to point to a frame labeled "block8" in a nested movie clip located at _root.launch.numbersFront

Help!
