hunt for audio software

hi there!
can someone tell me where  do i get an audio software that allows me to overlapp songs with crossfadiung feature(like in winamp 5) and make them a single mp3 file that i can then burn on a cd?? i mean i want to join all my favourite songs  with crossfading of a comfortable 10 sec  into a single file . (like a video joiner that joins many small files in to one big file)
but here crossfading is whats more important for me!
