They have copy to dvd and divx to dvd applications which are useful.
If you are still stuck then look here :

Once you are on that site click on the link called "Conversion" or something simmiliar to that.
There should be some useful info there.
If that does not help you could try iso buster ( search and find it on google, download it and install it ) then extract your dvd iso into movie_name folder and put all the vob, ifo files inside of that folder and call the new folder video_ts.
Then use the software from vso to convert it from a dvd structure to a divx.
