Can not open hyperman.dll

I am working in Acid 4.0 - a multimedia program, when I open a plugin called denoiser -  I have an error that keeps coming up - Can not open hyperman.dll

not sure what to do ...

Also when I try to install the software to another computer it says my serial number is not correct. I have it installed on other computers without a problem - but now it won't let me.

Sorry, if that doesnt work, try and download the SLD pack, or Tsunami pack...install both, search for the file, copy and paste it into the location your original is, if it doesnt have a location, or its actually missing, then paste it into the directoy of the program...uninstall both packs.

Sorry, I was busy dealing with life....I dont get paid for this....

Try and unhide your files by clicking start/settings/control panel/folder options at the top there is a tab called view, click it, and in teh box that appears underneath with a bunch of words, there is an option to show hidden and system files, click it. Also untick, "hide protected operating system files". after that, then do another search for the file, if it comes up, then download the packs and do what I said before. Actually, you should only need this pack for the file, then you can remove the pack when youve the file you need from it.
