Camtasia: How to Extend the Duration of a Custom Callout in the Timeline
I have created a custom callout and placed it into my project timeline. It appears for only a few frames and then terminates. I remember being able to grab the edges and drag them to extend the duration of the callout.
I am unable to grab the edges. I have tried to copy the callout and place on another line, but to no avail. I have closed the application and re-opened, to no avail. When I add a standard callout, such as an arrow, I can grab the edges and drag them.
Can someone suggest how to extend the duration of a custom callout in the timeline?

The callout appears in the Timeline. The timeline has a zoom feature to change the viewing resolution. It is adjustable by the plus (+) and minus (-) symbols.
Click the + zoom a couple times. This will expand the timeline and the callout, and give you a larger area by which to grab the edges. Now you can expand the callout to cover a larger area of the timeline.
