If the video is shorter, like 15 minutes or so, the callouts sprout little handles and I am able to drag them to be larger. But on longer videos, the callouts (defaulted to 6 seconds) are smaller and do not produce these 'drag handles'.
Is there any way to make this easy to do in larger videos?
It's probably something simple, but I am new in Camtasia.
Thank you.

I figured it out.
If you zoom in on the timeline with 'ctrl' and '+' you can then grab the handles as the callouts will become 'bigger'
