missing itunes art & album info

Using Vista and iTunes 7.7.  I've read so much and tried multiple options but is there an easy way to:
1. insert missing album art?
2. insert missing info for album name?
3. insert lyrics?
I tried iTunes' 'get album artwork' feature and it's hit and miss and only applies to #1 anyway.  Ultimate goal is to have it in iTunes and then synch to iPod/iPhone.
