I'm referring to software, we already covered the hardware in the last thread. Years ago we used shoutcast with winamp but that only supported up to 5 outbound streams at the same time, we need at least 10.

I've used winamp in the past with SHOUTcast and it only supported up to 5 outbound streams. Is there a newer version that supports 10 or another free program that exists which could stream 10 separate outbound audio streams simultaneously? Thanks!
