Mechansim to monitor Emails from computers

Hello

I have 4 computers in my office and I am looking to have a software solution to monitor all outgoing emails from them.
This is prevent any leaking of code from the computers being used by my employees

Also a Software which monitors both emails as logs the daily activity would be appropriate

All 4 computers run windows XP professional which are connected to a server running Windows server 2003 SP2Start Free Trial
