The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. SharePoint Project/Task list template

We have SharePoint 200t and we are just really getting our users to use it.  Our users are requesting this...

They want a project list and when they create a new project that project has a set group of tasks already included in the project.  Kinda like a project template.

We use the IT team workspace in my department and we can have projects with tasks associated with them, but I don't know how to automatically populate the task list at the time the project is created.

A typical project would look like this

Project Name New Manual
Task 1  --  Arrange meeting with stakeholders
Task 2  -- Develop graphic designs
Task 3  -- Editorial review
Task 4  --  Approval of editorial changes
Task 5  --  Typesetting
Task 6  --  Review of typeset document
Task 7  --  Get bids from printers

It would alwo be nice to associate workflow with these tasks so the next task is triggered when one finishes
