Sharepoint Error

Hi

We are having problems with our sharepoint services. when we go to sharepoint 3.0 central adminstration. we get a 404 http error.

i looked at the event log and got the following messages:

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to recover the files on the database because we cant seem to get it work.
