Restore WSS 3.0 on another new server

I have tried to restore a build (using Central Administration) on another new server (different server name) but failed. The server has been installed with WSS 3.0 using the default setting, and I have moved the content database, search database, ... to another drive which is exactly the same as the old server. Howerver, when I restore the backup on the new server, it return with the following error, have any idea  for this ??


SharePoint - 80   7/24/2008 1:41 PM Object SharePoint - 80 failed in event OnRestore. For more information, see the error log located in the backup directory. SPDuplicateObjectException: An object of the type Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPWebApplication named "SharePoint - 80" already exists under the parent Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPWebService named "". Rename your object or delete the existing object.
 
WSS_Content  Completing restore 7/24/2008 1:41 PM Object WSS_Content failed in event OnPostRestore. For more information, see the error log located in the backup directory. SPException: Cannot attach database to Web application. Use the command line tool or Central Administration pages to attach the database manually to the proper Web Application.
