VLAN issue

Hi!

I'm having some issues with a new VLAN i'm creating for an IP camera solution. At the moment, it seems to be working (in and outbound communication) only on the core switches, but no contact to the satellite switches. So you can get to the DVR (core switches) but not the actual cameras (other switches). The following are a few running configs and routing tables. If you need any more info, I will be happy to provide.

As you can see, no .10 route entries in the satellite switch. It's the same in all the other switches. All switches are HP procurve of some kind (some dating as far back as 1800s, but those don't need this VLAN anyway). Most satellite switches are 3500s or in the 26xx area.
