I am looking to hear some opinions on what some pros out there are using for remote trouble support and remote control of clients computers.
I have been relying on uVNC with the Single Click tool and it has worked alright. Sometimes for no explanation it just doesn't seem to connect or worse yet it connects but is painfully slow.
I often use Rremote Desktop on people's machines but only if they can send an invite.
I noticed that a security company who was working on their software was using LogMeIn. I don't know what version they were using but they had unfettered access to the security computer once we helped them set it up.
What do you guys use? LogMeIn rescue is good but is only available in different varieties and it seems I can't have both the rescue ability and the remote control standby from that one product.
